HANDMADE CUSTOM PRODUCT
Ted David Designs items are handmade, and may be subject to imperfections and differences. We ensure each product is created with equal attention to detail and care, and artistic judgement relative to how variations in color, finish, texture, and imperfections may be present in the final piece. For items for direct sale we are committed to ensuring that you have an accurate representation of the piece, and can provide the opportunity to obtain further details prior to purchase. For custom pieces, or pieces special ordered based on existing designs (such as a specific size, and gemstone), we are committed to sharing information on progress of that piece. We also reserve the right to make judgements about the acceptability of final piece finish, color, surface texture, and detailed shape variations, and imperfections in the final delivered piece. We absolutely want you to love your new piece, and will do everything reasonable to provide the perfect instantiation of the vision for your piece.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Not every item is refundable. Non-refundable items include custom designs, resized items, and damaged items.
To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved the product. Upon return, the piece will undergo inspection and then Ted David Designs will provide an email indicating the approval or rejection of your refund and associated reasons.
Products that are already in process during a refund request may incur charges associated with the time and materials investments.
